Sane Exam
It appears SANE Exams were given to the alleged underage victims of Warren Jeffs. Given the allegations that were being made at the time, it made sense for the exams to be done. and yet the results of those exams have disappeared. The results were not presented at the custody hearing for Merrianne Jessop or at the trial of Warren Jeffs. The implications are obvious. The tests failed to prove that Merrianne had been abused.
Emailed Texas CPS. Inquired about SANE exam. Reply said records were confidemtial. They quoted the exact spot in their legal code. Only problem with this is the state of Texas often doesnt obey its own laws. That same code requires the state to establish that the call reporting abuse is not a hoax. They then have 24 hours to respond. They did not check the call and they took 5 days to invade the ranch with a small army.

Warren Jeffs
The evil one is sent to depths of hell,
The good ones know that he deserved his fate,
He earned his sentence is not tough to sell,
Near everyone arose to take that bait.
We know that Jeffs allows little dissent,
But we have learned not to follow the crowd.
The Good Willie was ordered to repent,
Jeffs was prophet and thinking not allowed.
The captives were driven to Baptist church
The tests were done to satisfy Ruby,
Results surprised, thus leaving case in lurch,
Merrianne was pure as Virgin Mary.
Those who persuade themselves they follow good,
Should know the evil if only they would.

Work in Progress
The mighty Boehner stood his holy ground,
By manly tears the means to wealth he found.
He meant to aid the holders of that mint,
Which was the reason he to the house went.
Eric Cantor joined the quest for billionairers,
The rabble love themselves and put on aires.
The Koch brothers led the march for wealth,
On to glory they led by means of stealth.
They made certain the deserving kept their loot,
For those who yearned they saw no way to root.
They claimed that super rich are job savers,
Therefore on taxes they must have wavers.
Ideology speaks on these heated terms,
No jobs have been created by our firms.
Jobs are located in Chinese sweat shops,
Where suicide is common by poor sops.
The right-wing theory does not fit the facts,
What they believe is how they make their pacts.
CEOS make huge amounts of cash,
Boehner says that those challenge that are rash.
He offers no explanation for lack of jobs,
The faith in theory counts more than our sobs.
Grover Norquist wanted to kill the government,
To drown it in bathtub was his lament.
He captured any person of his sect,
No taxes was the means to gain respect.
The wealthy do perfectly well by themselves,
Norquist thinks we must help the rich ourselves.
Romney says businesses are people too,
They must have money for good things to do. ?

The Other America
When I was in my youth, a pack of lies
Replaced the myths that were the country's ties.
The country reached understanding on war,
That blazed between the states, to where we are.
We reached a shared understanding to grow
Together as the one nation we know.
The coming of struggle for civil rights,
Brought forth the hate from the historic fights.
South changed from honored and respected foes
To villian in the tale of country's woes.
No other group can be focus of hate,
The wrongs done to the South are gone of late.
The soldiers from the North pillaged and burned
To be certain that fear was lesson learned.
This has been lost from mind of winning side,
Since they see not our reason for divide.
The truth says wrong is wrong as it occures,
The cause of liberty is always hers.
The lady liberty holds torch aloft
Her force of nature will never be soft.
Lincoln said God is not on just one side,
Truth is soveriegn and never has it lied.
We are the same as all the rest of you,
Such common spirit is our basic glue.
We give respect for understanding the same,
We seek humanity in common name.

Guns and America
In Arizona, the past is not yet past,
Its attitude is still with us at last.
The certitude is here that all is well,
With a gun loving cult is easy to tell.
A shooting in Arizona took place,
Six fell down dead in unheroic race.
Strong voices have announced themselves in rage,
To say how their viewpoints could prove a sage.
The NRA said tragedy proves view,
That all good ones should arm as thing to do.
Those who love sense do not have need to prove,
A fetish for all things with a cruel groove.
Some people think that they can regulate
Away the woe that came on awesome date.
The zealous ones believe all they who slow,
What they believe to be a right is foe.
They noticed not that none replied with gun,
They claim a right to do what was not done.
The weapon of the mad man flew off shelves,
So people could do self-defense themselves.
The public rarely has a threat to face,
They site the possible to build their case.
The fervant seek the unrestricted right,
To own all manner of guns for a fight.
No matter the damage that they may do
The Mexican gunmen love their rights too.
Our guns fuel bloody fight for narco trade
To supply this warfare buyers are paid.
From Arizona, the guns cross in flood,
The fervent believes restrictions a dud.
They present no answer to the gore's flow,
The fervent do not care where the guns go.
They are so insistent on claiming right,
The guns don't have the big picture in sight.
They have no knowledge of our history,
They think Davey Crockett is real story.
Myth creates more belief than any truth,
Egos have certian needs they seek to sooth.
Our myths see every man as Daniel Boone,
Belief in past regards a gun as boon.
Boone and Ethan Allen were special men
Other men were great hunters now and then.
The pioneers ate their domestic stock,
Small game was food as steady as a rock.
The Civil War was great and awful thing,
The gun emerged as a terrible king.
The myth says West was settled man on man,
In the epic gunfights, from which few ran.
Prohibition came on with violence,
Guns existed to bring an end to sense.
Oswald purchased a rifle through the mail,
Guns were angered through efforts to curtail.
The ultra-right controlled the highest Court,
For violence, they made the second a fort.
Ms. Angle said apply the remedy,
Second in the consitution's lit'ny.
Jared Loughner applied the solution,
That they said was the way to stop destruction.
Its attitude is still with us at last.

The Brief Hour of Youth-Intellectual
Those were days of majic,
When all the world was young.
I could debate with ease,
Convinced that I was right.
Those were days of vigor,
All the world was at loss.
I had all the wisdom,
Or so I once thought.
Youth grows old and palsied,
Youth's brightness turns to dust.
It ceases to be bold,
It ceases to be carefree.
Once I feared my old age,
My loss of timeless youth,
But I had my hour,
I loved it for what it was.
All that is good in man
Will come to its own end.
It loses its time and place
And makes way for the new.
When all the world was young.
I could debate with ease,
Convinced that I was right.

The Brief Hour of Youth-Athletic
Those were days of majic,
When all the world was young.
I could run with the wind,
With not a breathless step.
Those were days of delight,
I had not lost my youth.
All my vigor was mine,
I had not slowed my step.
Youth grows old and palsied,
Youth's brightness turns to dust.
It ceases to be bold,
It stops being carefree.
Once I feared my old age,
My slowing endurance,
But I had my hour,
I loved it for its sake.
All that is good in man

Carlotta
How can you hold the dream from her eyes,
Once she has felt the feel of power?
She was snatched by the searing flame at sunrise
From the fabulous forms of pharohs.
Never tell of the nothingness
Of her long search for a vacant throne.
She must never know she is sanity
In a mad, Malivachian world.
She sits in still, sad madness
In her long, flowing royal robes,
Commanding armies that will never march,
Commanding audiences with servants of state.
She stood sadly in her tears,
As they led Maximillian to the wall
To a reality she would never know,
The empress has stayed forever in the past.
Once she has felt the feel of power?
She was snatched by the searing flame at sunrise
From the fabulous forms of pharohs.
Never tell of the nothingness
Of her long search for a vacant throne.
She must never know she is sanity

The Young Soldier
Off to the war went the soldier,
Off with banners flying,
Off with bands playing,
Off to fight for justice,
Off to see what it meant.
There was much that was valiant,
There was much that was cruel,
There were those who killed for no reason,
There were those who died unknown,
There were who died for nothing.
He was brave, young and naive,
He was diillusioned, inspired and reshaped,
He slept in the mud and the driving rain,
He was invincible
Until the day he died.
Home they brought the soldier,
Home to the speeches,
Home to the textbooks,
Home to the country churchyard
Covered with weeds.
Off with banners flying,
Off with bands playing,
Off to fight for justice,
Off to see what it meant.
There was much that was valiant,
There was much that was cruel,
There were those who killed for no reason,
There were those who died unknown,
There were who died for nothing.

He slept in the mud and the driving rain,

Until the day he died.

9/11
He stopped in the small store where he did shop.
He heard what he was slow to comprehend.
She said it was a crime we could not stop,
The jet aircraft damage we could not mend.
She said everything in sight was destroyed,
His mind did not absorbe the news right then,
He knew the future was becoming void,
Shock filled his psyche at evil of such men,
Who terrorized us so mad ideas could win.
He watched with concern on closest tv,
He slowly understood what had occured.
Flames leaped out of the towers in city,
Which the world in trade had in time deffered.
No one who was near him had much to say,
The sight of horror was enough to quell
All useless words, it was a tragic day.
It was not only the towers that fell,
As security fled down the deep darkest well.
Little big man hid out in a bunker,
While boogey man defended the country.
All airliners were moved out of danger.
The boogey man would act without pity,
That scarred his soul and left him without one,
He was to be the voice that was insane.
While the wise ones decided it was done,
Little big man could no longer be wain,
He was supposed to lead a land in psychic pain.
Little Big Man talked to stricken country,
With no inspiration or conviction.
He could not feel our common empathy,
Yet he was a decider for nation.
He could have led nations in a just war,
At start, he went alone without the aid
Of all other nations, just he would roar,
He would allow aid from the world to fade.
He would offend Muslems by launching a crusade.
Little Big Man journeyed to holy ground,
He grabbed bull horn from a heroic man,
Get him dead or alive, the chief was bound
To policy from which he should have ran.
Of course, Little Big Man would later state,
The bad man is either dead or alive.
Little Big Man we will show we can hate
At this, we are better than any hive,
We do not marry law as careful as we wive.
We invaded the stan from which it came,
Victory came too fast for white house warlords
They knew that terror was always the same
This gave a reason to conquer new worlds
Little Big Man had chance to be new man
They settled on the land of rivers two,
Little Big man was persuaded we can
Do anything, nothing we cannot do,
Little Big Man would be so cocky with his crew.
The boogey man had his soul scorched by day
Of destiny, he could not find his soul
The boogey man could only find the way
Of Bin Laden and imitate his goal.
The boogey man took the Little Big Man
Out on the warlike path where he was tossed
Little big man went forward so he can
Do what his daddy failed to do, he bossed
Himself and some others, only the truth he glossed.
They fitted the intelligance to plan,
Selected the facts to the truth they told
Those who loved peace found they could not ban
The rush to war by those who were too bold
Led us to a quagmire without a peace
They rushed in where good angels fear to tread
Because they loved faith, not allowing piece
Of actual facts to pierce an actual head,
From their lies would come thousands who are actual dead.
The man said shit happens, we know it did,
They rushed in where the thoughtful fear to tread,
They did Iraq over so they could rid
Of the reality that only they had said
IEDS were in store for our soldier boys
Thousands of dead was the Iraqi fate
Bush played commander-in chief with fierce toys
Our exit would be an elusive date,
On other fields, our small presence would just annoy.
The man who time has come stepped up to test
The policy of change for times of fear.
The man whose time has come to be the best
Moves to pick up the mantle that lies near.
Discordant voices tears apart the air,
Not making easy his difficult task,
What is worthwhile is always very rare.
He hides true feelings with a public mask,
Public obligations is tough for all to wear.

The Abyss
We stared too long into that black abyss,
We lost our souls in the cold land of fear.
The worst of foes we were able to miss,
Since we tortured those who were only near.
Once we portrayed ourselves as the good guys,
Now, we wallow only in the pig's sty.
In the good war, we witnessed victim's cries,
In our time, we went to war with Bush's lie.
We have lost our way giving hate for hate.
We gave up better natures too easy,
Taking the easy route to test our fate,
We were too angry to take time to see.
Fear soaks through our clothes to unfeeling skin,
We do not have the means to feel our sin.
We lost our souls in the cold land of fear.
The worst of foes we were able to miss,
Since we tortured those who were only near.

To My Sister on Her Birthday
Whan all the world is lost in daily life,
We are the ones who can hold on to good.
Through all the troubles of the world of strife,
We rest our love on claims of common blood.
We learn to love when we are most in need,
When we are gay we have no need of love.
It is in times of woe brought on by greed
For baser things of life, which none above
Have any affection for, why should we
Let our lives be despoiled by serving lies.
The deeper values, these we use to see
The way to life, The lack of vision dies.
Thus we have need of loves that we may live,
A life of love to which we only give.
We are the ones who can hold on to good.
Through all the troubles of the world of strife,
We rest our love on claims of common blood.
We learn to love when we are most in need,
When we are gay we have no need of love.

Trubute to Willie
She was my buddy, always by my side,
A scruffy little dog with heart of gold.
She was a friend to whom love was applied,
With all the fervor that I long to hold.
A true friend who made no love 's exception,
She loved all people with love's true intent
With her wag, there was no one she would shun
Her lovely soul was to everyone sent.
All good things, especially dogs can't last,
She fed too much on ev'ry bite I gave,
The sick I gave her sent her to my past,
It was a good dog that I could not save.
I gave love freely to a mongrel pet
She returned my love freely when we met.
A scruffy little dog with heart of gold.
She was a friend to whom love was applied,
With all the fervor that I long to hold.
A true friend who made no love 's exception,
She loved all people with love's true intent
With her wag, there was no one she would shun
Her lovely soul was to everyone sent.

She fed too much on ev'ry bite I gave,
The sick I gave her sent her to my past,
It was a good dog that I could not save.
I gave love freely to a mongrel pet
She returned my love freely when we met.

Hussein the Martyr
Some think it insane
To blame martyr Hussein,
What will, what may become.
I think it plain,
That if martyr Hussein
Should prove to be insane,
The rights of all will wane,
What may, what does become.
The law of the insane
Could be our last and only bane,
What has, what has become.
Poem was written during the nIneties when Clinton and not Bush contemplated an invasion of Iraq. pre- 9/11

The Wisdom of Betty and Chemist
Betty says girls of the FLDS,
Without a public showing, they must be
Confused idiots trained to be robots,
Without one, she knows what facts we should see.
Betty is confused, actions speak louder
Than words, girls went to stay with state two moons,
The efforts to force made Betty prouder,
The failure to brainwash surprised the goons.
These proud women of the FlDS
Did not surrender their faith to self-help.
Their actions of love leaves nothing to guess.
They do not use enemy's guile to help.
Chemist knows all about the rule of law,
But rules without justice has fatal flaw.

Hilderbran Gloats
Hilderbran gloats over his cruel misdeeds,
He claims he protects those poor girls he hates,
He loves hate mail from hate that his bile seeds
Good seeks the forgiveness that love creates.
Hilderbran loves harm he's done to Mormons.
Children without Fathers, this is his crime,
Texas has more teenage Mothers, no less,
And yet his hate of good takes up his time.
Hilderbran saw a strong need to create,
Young Fernanda was the first mother proud,
The state knew she was certainly not late,
YFZ did not make Texas a crowd.
Hilderbran what did you do to create?
Truth is on time and can never be late.
He claims he protects those poor girls he hates,
He loves hate mail from hate that his bile seeds
Good seeks the forgiveness that love creates.
Hilderbran loves harm he's done to Mormons.

The Fall of a Would-Be Lover
I met a Goddess, five-foot-three brunette,
At the local bookstore where she did work.
She had a pretty face, a lovely smile
And was almost as smart as I myself
Where I would shop to see what new treasures
They had put on the shelf to tempt to spend
More than my meager wallet could sustain
I saw her lookimg my way with a smile,
That was seductive or so I assumed.
In a short while, I came up with the nerve
To say hello, she said to me "hello",
That was the start of a nice dialogue.
She was not easy to impress with smarts.
She knew almost as much as I about
All those great minds and writers of great books
I thought she liked me by the smiles received
By me when I met her at the bookstore.
I nervously contemplated the quest
Of a night out with the brunette Goddess.
As she did the shelves of books with no
Idea of intent regarding her.
I sought the nerve to ask my angel out
I sought to be privlidged ro spend time
In company with her out on the town.
I asked if I could have a date with her,
I was then crushed by her firm refusal.
I do not have dates with customers,,
I do not mix business with my own time,
Where i have quests I have to resolve.
I have to mediate with my own God
And not the God of orginized churches.
I stay out at my house in the dark woods,
Where I can contemplatethe world as it
Goes by the road I travel to my house.
Each day at work you light the day for me
Amid the clutter of turmoil and books,
But this is not enough for me to yield.
You have no knowledge as I really am
You paint too good a picture of my charms,
You are in love with your angel, not me,
I am a fuddy-dud not an angel
Or anything beyond plain and common.
I drove away that day to take my pain
Away and leave my disappointment to
My fate which is to know how I can learn
To come back at life when it fails
To satisfy all my basic desires.
Though I am in the midst of a foul mood,
I know i canot match by any means,
With God or mediate with his insights.

We Three Kings of Injustice
We three Kings of injustice are
Bearing hate, our pursuit mar
Good and decent, love, pure at heart,
Following broadcast war.
Chorus:
O Star of justice, Star we hate,
Star with justice richly great,
Justice leading, just deserving,
This is the star we always hate.
Came Jagels on Bakerfield's plain
Hate I bring to jail them again
Hate forever, ceasing never
Sending them all to pain.
Repeat Chorus:
Handcuff them, they must sigh.
Breathes on life of hater's gloom
hating, snarling, spewing, sealing
Bigot Matt Smith in doom.
Repeat Chorus:
Bearing hate, our pursuit mar
Good and decent, love, pure at heart,
Following broadcast war.
Chorus:
O Star of justice, Star we hate,
Star with justice richly great,
Justice leading, just deserving,
This is the star we always hate.
Came Jagels on Bakerfield's plain
Hate I bring to jail them again
Hate forever, ceasing never
Sending them all to pain.
Repeat Chorus:
Bigoting to offer have I,
Abbot i make policy bad
Hate and hating, i have to lieHandcuff them, they must sigh.
Repeat Chorus:
Hate is thine, it's bitter perfumeBreathes on life of hater's gloom
hating, snarling, spewing, sealing
Bigot Matt Smith in doom.
Repeat chorus
FLDS will now arise
Christ and God and sacrifice
Alleujah! Alleujah!
The Saints have now their replies.
Repeat Chorus:
